1. Reservation / Deposits / Fees

Rawdah Express accepts checks, money orders, Zelle, and cash. Your payment is not deemed made until it is received by Rawdah Express. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is cleared by Rawdah Express bank and you receive written confirmation.

2. Warranty

Rawdah Express is an Agent provider and cannot be held liable for claims arising from vendors including Hotels, Airlines, Transportation companies, Consulate offices, and Embassies.

3. Insurance

Rawdah Express advises all customers to obtain travelers insurance prior to departure for any tour packages.

4. Lost Luggage

Rawdah Express is not responsible for stolen luggage or personal items. Compensation limited to Airlines and vendor specification.

5. Safety & Health

Customer acknowledges that Rawdah Express cannot be held responsible for damages from negligence of vendors, political unrest, or forces of nature. Customers with prior physical conditions must disclose to staff before departure.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Customer agrees to mediation followed by arbitration under the ABA.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following terms:

• Visa Fees: Visa fees are non-refundable once the visa application has been submitted or processing has commenced (usually 60 days before travel), regardless of the outcome of the application.
• Airline Tickets: Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules, cancellation policies, change fees, and refund policies of the applicable airline. Any refund, credit, or reimbursement will be processed in accordance with the airline's rules and policies. Rawdah Express cannot guarantee a refund for any airline ticket after purchase.
• Hotels & Accommodations: Requests for refunds or cancellations related to hotels and other accommodations will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective hotel or accommodation provider.

Any applicable refund will be limited to amounts actually refundable by the relevant supplier, less any applicable fees, penalties, or non-refundable charges.
